Government guidelines permit the shop to be open during this time but please phone before your journey as opening hours may differ from those published.

In order to keep staff and other customers safe, please observe the following rules when visiting the shop:

Please check it is ok to enter the shop before you come in
Only 2 customers in the shop any time
Please wear a mask on entry to the shop
Please observe social distancing rules and keep 2m from other people in the shop (that's about the length of a bike)
Please don't touch anything in the shop before using the provided hand sanitiser

There is currently only one member of staff working at a time, this means that repair times may be a little longer than normal. All parts and accessory suppliers are working with reduced staffing levels; this may cause a delay in how quickly we can get your bike back to you if it requires a part that we don't have in stock.
