Last week Charlotte gave my tired, old, and sadly neglected mountain bike a thorough overhaul. What a great job she's done! It now feels as good as new.

 Always a friendly efficient service from Charlie. We bought new Cannondale bikes from here at prices that were a competitive as most on the internet and just had the post sale service. Confidence that you have a very capable face who will sort out any problems with an expensive purchase 

 Excellent service. We turned up with 4 flat tyres thanks to thorns being all over the road due to hedge trimming. All fixed there and then and for an extremely reasonable price. Would well recommend.

Fantastic service when I needed it the most, this is the gold-standard for Bicycle Shops. Helpful, kind and welcoming service. Very quick turnaround too. Will be visiting again (but hopefully not under emergency-repair circumstances). 

I have had 2 rides on the Tifosi and I love it. For the price of the frame, it is far exceeding my expectations and (don’t tell my wife!) on a par with another bike I have which was a lot more expensive. The fit is spot on too. So a very big thank you for recommending the Tifosi and swapping everything over. Very very happy with it.

 I have been going to Peakland Cycles for well over a year now, to get my bike and my sons' bikes serviced and repaired. Having two eager mountainbiking teenagers, who often hit the trail (literally) a bit too hard, there have been many occasions when their bikes have needed attention. Peakland Cycles has always done a fantastic job at very good prices and we now don't go anywhere else for spares, repairs, accessories and servicing. 

I collected my Genesis Core 40 from you last week after your major overhaul of the same. Today was the first time I was able to use it properly and I have come home from a 20+ mile off-road route (what lovely weather!!). During my ride, I promised myself I was going to write to say just how happy I am with it.

Your suggestions, and recommendations were spot-on. Particularly in relation to the cassette size. I always liked this bike, especially before I lent it out and it got wrecked. Today though it was like having a completely new bike which I knew quite well if that makes sense. All the running gear worked perfectly and I’m sure it’s a great deal quieter than it was before too. So, to say I’m pleased would be a massive understatement.

The whole experience has been brilliant: lovely, helpful staff, great advice and veering me away from buying stuff that I or the bike didn't need, quick, professional service and excellent workmanship and technical knowledge. I’ve even come to love my very gold quick release hubs: a very thoughtful design addition. So many thanks all round. You deserve every success if this experience is anything to go by.
